Tues/Thurs 6-7pm & Sat 8-9am April 3rd-June 3rd Beginner Kettlebell "Basic Training" Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm-7:30pm
*Once you pass the "Basic Training" course,
you may attend any of the Advanced classes.
KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP combines KETTLEBELLSand many other FUNCTIONAL TRAINING METHODS in circuits to give you strength, cardio conditioning, core development, muscle tone and fat loss all in one workout!!!
