Tues/Thurs 6-7pm & Sat 8-9am Mon/Wed 6:30pm-7:30pm & Sat 8-9am Beginner Kettlebell "Basic Training" Mon/Wed/Fri 5:15-6am Mon/Wed 6:30pm-7:30pm
*Once you pass the "Basic Training" course,
you may attend any of the Advanced classes.
KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP combines KETTLEBELLSand many other FUNCTIONAL TRAINING METHODS in circuits to give you strength, cardio conditioning, core development, muscle tone and fat loss all in one workout!!!
