The weight room at Center Grove High School is always a place filled with dedicated athletes grinding out circuts of big full body lifts. The atmosphere of this place is unbelieveable, it is something that must be witnessed to fully appreciate. Coach Mills has deleted all machines and has introduced the kittle bells. Coach Mills inspires, teachs, and lives weight lifting. The succes that our school has is due to our Coach Mills, thank you.
